In addition to our Pressing and Extrusion capabilities, we are able to machine our ceramics sintered and pre-sintered. We use diamond machining tools to meet the tightest tolerances in the marketplace. We pride ourselves on producing products that other ceramic companies have failed at. If your application requires tighter than industry standard tolerances, the machining center will provide dimensions as close to nominal as possible.

In addition to our Dry Pressing capabilities, ACT is able to machine, tap, drill and grind parts to customer specifications.
